Review: BZRK
BZRK by Michael Grant
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
So we're at work, inside our bodies. There are people building tiny creatures/robots that are only detectable by a microscope that can crawl inside us and rewire our brains, or build structures to support weak areas of our bodies. Of course, one side has taken advantage and is trying to take over the world and the Good Guys are trying to stop that from occurring.
This takes place in the very near future, so it's fairly topical. Adventure, technology, creepy: everything good for teens. Also, strong female characters. Yay. Not sure I want to keep reading this, but it's pretty good. Oh, this is one of the books I picked up at ALA in Dallas (18 months ago, omg).
