Review: Hang Fire

Hang Fire
Hang Fire by Henry Kisor

My rating: 2 of 5 stars

Read this in one day (helps that I was home sick) and don't need to read any more of the series. Too bad, really, since it takes place in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and has a great deal of promise in characters and story. But there was a whole lot of editing that needed doing and I literally had the whole "whodunnit" part figured out by page 75. It just didn't work for me. If the author could find a good editor that would work on tightening up plot and rewording some extremely repetitive tics, this could work as a series. C'mon, Gale/Cengage, you can do better than this!
