Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, by J.K. Rowling (on CD)

I listened to this in the car, as usual. I'm tired of J.K. Rowling's world, but yet wondering how she's going to resolve all this in the final book of the series. I'm also wondering why she needs over 2 years to finish it.

Then again, what do I know; I'm not an author. An author who is in dire need of someone to edit her down to a reasonable, coherent story.

Some thoughts: I actually turned around in this book and feel some sympathy for Snape, who seems to be a pawn in this whole thing. Dumbledore dead? I still don't buy it. Harry not coming back, nor the others? I'm not buying that either. I do wonder what they will do at the Dursleys when they all turn up there "one last time." And of course, I'd really like to see Dolores Umbridge get hers in the end.
