Midnight Crossroad by Charlaine Harris

A spinoff from the Harper Connelly mysteries, this started rather slowly, but really pulled me in. The mystery and the follow-up wasn't all that great, but the characters are wonderful. Hoping she continues writing about them. Fun, interesting people.
