OK, I didn't finish this. Lots of new ideas, or rather new eyes looking at how we've organized ourselves and our stuff over the time and how it can be done differently now with technology.
I got to a point where it was all filigree--I had the point, so I stopped reading. This is the big noise from last winter, so I figured I'd get in on it.
