Oh My Gosh! Ohmygosh...what a great story. I'm not sure if this is the end of the series or not but wow a lot happens in this book and I believe it might be the best "third book" I've ever read--even better than the first one. Even the somewhat gooey ending didn't ruin it for me. Lots of good adventures, lots of realistic teenage angst that's not so over-the-top that you want to smack anyone for being stupid. The only people needing a smack, in fact, are (most of) the adults.
As usual, the period photos move the plot along in an intangible but important way. Great book.
