Deep Down by Lee Child

I didn't realize this was a short story, so I couldn't figure out what was going on even at the end. Also this takes place while Reacher is still in the Army so that was weird too.
However, as far as the story goes, it's ok. Not great. I sort of knew what was going on as soon as the main players were introduced--it was pretty obvious. Oh well.
